Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Design Process like?

I usually follow the Double Diamond Model, which includes:

  1. Discover - I first do user research - the Research Plan differs based on the timeline & project requirements, and usually includes surveys, interviews, competitor analysis, UX Audit, etc.
  2. Define - after analyzing data, I create user personas, scenarios, possible challenges, prioritize them and come up with optimal solutions.
  3. Design - The third step is about creating tangible visuals - user flows, wireframes, Visuals for the main pages (A couple of variants to choose between).
  4. Deliver - The last part is delivering design handoffs, which includes well-arranged system of screens, prototypes, documentation.

I usually iterate as much as possible to reevaluate upgraded visuals and make improvements whenever needed. Depending on the timeframe or project requirements, the process usually gets modified.

What is the main tool you use?

I use Figma because it is an optimal tool for creating design systems, wireframes, slideshows, prototypes, and presenting deliverables conveniently to stakeholders, clients, engineers, etc. The best part is that Figma updates live, so all the visuals are always current. Plus, you can leave comments to share feedback on anything.

Are you flexible regarding the time difference?

I am quite flexible with working in different time zones. My current time zone is GMT+4, and I have successfully worked with clients from Australia to the USA.

What about on-site jobs?

I can consider relocation if the project wins my heart ❣️
